Well I am working on finishing up my letter to Barbara about my grade. I feel really uncomfortable about proposing my own grade. But, I guess I felt sort of uncomfortable about doing a lot of things in this class and I ended up learning a lot from each one. At first when I found out we had to post everything we wrote I was really nervous but I have learned a lot from doing it. I also thought the 100 word a day thing was really hard at first but now I am much more comfortable with writing 100 words and having them fail horribly or having them shed light on something I didn’t even know I wanted to write about. I have certainly learned a great deal about writing in this course. I have learned that to be a writer you have to write even when sometimes you don’t want to or sometimes you think you don’t have anything to say. I am excited to keep this blog going. I know the semester will get crazy but I think if I can at least try to write 100 words a day then I can keep growing as a writer.
